Integrative Movement Therapy begins with a full assessment which includes health history, baseline vitals, range of motion assessment and a history of previous treatments and therapies. Each session takes into account the whole person and is designed to address medical and emotional challenges at a pace specific to each client.
April chose to expand her clinical nursing profession and create a unique Medical Movement Therapy program to help those who face medical and psychological challenges everyday. Utilizing her medical education and mind-body therapy training, she designed a program to address the whole person while complementing traditional medicine.
